The goal of Hermetics is to tune into any consciousness in all creation and learn from it. The first step is to identify and work with vital energy. Building a connection to vital energy is necessary as this creates a physical connection. Vital energy is power and animates all energy to physical form. Vital energy is commonly referred to as Qi.
In Qi Gong, the practitioner is taking on energy and passing it on. This allows for the energy to metabolize in their experience. They are encoding the vital energy and allowing it to become one with themselves. This allows the entryway to rise up and down the vibrational scale.
In Hermetics a key to master is mental transference. This skill allows one to tune into any frequency, skill, object, or thing and mentally transfer into it, vibrationally match that thing, equalize, and become one with it.
The beginning steps to master Hermetics:
Feel and develop a connection to vital energy.
Master the elements; Fire, Water, Air, and Earth. Develop equanimity with the elements within the self and without. This allows a sense of quietude in the inner chaos and alchemizes resistors. This step creates the space for the ability to focus on the spirit.
Cultivate the astral body to be what one wants it to be. The astral body contains perceptions, attachments, and aversions. Life is what one makes it, program what one wants to cultivate. Here one can transform, mentally transfer, and build up desired energy.
Learn from consciousness and intelligence of consciousness itself in the mental body and beyond. This is the ascension process.
The goal from here is to build a physical bridge to the Akasha. It is necessary to release the mental and astral matrix to the physical body and allow it to happen.
