This practice allows for the creation of large amounts of concentration through all sense gates. The more this is practiced, the more concentration will accumulate in all that one does! This concentration is what creates equanimity through each sense gate.
The first meditation is visual:
Choose a crystal, deity statue, etc. to meditate on.
Share energy with the item, this increases the concentration.
Hold this meditation for as long as possible.
Journal experiences.
The longer one can hold their concentration on the object, the closer one comes to Akasha.
During this meditation, one may notice the release of time. One's relationship with time between oneself and the object will begin to release, this may be perceived as a tunnel vision on the object.
As one continues to sit with the release of time between themself and the object, they may notice space releasing. This will be perceived as light tracers in the vision and visual effects.
If one continues to hold their concentration with the release of time and space, they will find themself closer to Akasha. Once in this space of Akasha, one will notice the object of meditation disappearing and reappearing in front of them. The emptiness when the meditation disappears is Akasha. Once this occurs, make the emptiness, the Akasha, the object of meditation!
For everything that exists, there is an Akashic vacuum in which the thing vibrates in and out billions of times a second. Once one can change their relationship with time and space, their sensitivity and equanimity to Akasha will increase.
Continue utilizing this practice outlined with each one of the sense gates ang journal experiences.
