The first thing I want to share with you is fire, I want you to charge up some vital energy, go through the building the ball exercise.


Once you’ve done that I want you to make it Astral. Read this first and then work through each step haha


Close your eyes,

I imagine a desert, you can pick a volcano, somewhere Hot, a memory can work too…Picture yourself somewhere HOT

Imagine the sun above you.You know when your clothes get hot from the sun before your body?Start to feel that .(this could take a few minutes)

Gradually intensify the heat (make it as hot as you like) (bring yourself to sun stroke) imagine yourself sweating in the heat

You want to make yourself (the mental version of you) Uncomfortably hot.

Now Smile.(This is Key)


If you’ve done it correctly, You may start to rock from side to side, like a flame on a candle. The Vital energy helps with the visualisation. Try a similar scenario using Water, same principles, just try asking yourself, “Where would I find water being itself?”


Also somewhere you can control the intensity, so you can gauge the feeling it gives in your body


Next I want you to charge up some more vital energy, make it Astral if you’d like…


Close your eyes

Imagine you're just a mind floating on an ocean, all around you is water? What does that sound like? How does that appear in your mind, No Land, No ships, No people, Just Ocean and Sky.

Place one hand down by your Naval, below your belly button. (This hand will act like the Ocean)

I want you to take your opposite hand, this hand is gonna act like a storm. Your gonna move this hand slowly (slower the better and in time with your mind)

I want to imagine rain, slowly falling onto the water, Drop by drop, building the storm up in your mind. You know the sound I mean, that slow roll of rain into a shower.

As the clouds roll over your mind on the water, you’ll feel the pressure build between your hands, the Thunder starts to clap as the Ocean gets violent…


As you practise this visualisation you’ll feel the electrical element of your body start to activate, It’ll let you hone in on how it feels. You can make the storm as soft or intense as you like but Initially try to make it intense.


That’s All I have for you right now, Having a strong ability to mentally transfer really enriches these practices.
