Establishing a Vibrational Scale

In this post we touch upon the concept of whole body pore breathing, vibrational scale, and how to raise one's consciousness. The first step is to feel the magnetic fluid in the body by stretching the joints, focusing the mind, and condensing the breath. This leads to the first transformation from the physical to the vital, which gives us the perception of a vibrational scale. The next stage is to slow down time through the four cycle breath and enter into astral awareness. The goal is to become aware of the field around the body and observe any visions or visual qualities that arise. It is important to note these experiences without changing the mental state, and to recognize the vibrational condition upon which the experience arose.
