Hello again fellow seeker frens.

I just wanted to share another tool with you, this one is for the throat chakra.

I find these are handy while I work up the scale of vibration, I noticed today I wasn't journeling a lot.

I'd start and then stop, then I realised and it is aligned with an issue in my Throat chakra...
