You'd be suprised How much tension actually gets held in our environment,

It's something I began to notice Even More when I started to practice with RJ...

I could see it prior to meeting him, but I became fully aware of it when I started to study with him.

I'd crack my back and the room would crack as well...

Tension comes from Attachment.

That's why Prayer is so Important, You'll become much more aware of it all as you Pray

You'll notice things you'vr previously missed out on...
