Increasing the Mental Space

The practice outlined below is to expand the mental space and develop an energetic connection to spaces.  To follow along, access the corresponding video in the Level 1 library! 


  1. Vital breathe and begin building a ball.

  2. Once magnetism is felt, put awareness on the lower dantian, near the lower abdomen.

  3. Contract the energy into the lower dantian, utilizing the ball created with the hands, and place hands over the lower abdomen.

  4. Expand the energy outward from the lower dantian, and push hands outward extending to arm’s reach.

  5. Contract hands and energy back to the lower dantian.

  6. Expand hands and the energy outward to arm’s reach.

  7. Repeat this exercise four to five dozen times.

  8. Journal about the experience. 


Mastering this practice allows for increased sensitivity to the mental space. Continue practicing this exercise in many different spaces. Notice how the energy changes as there are shifts in the environment such as people, animals, etc. Be sure to journal the results that arise for deeper insights and understandings that arise from building intuitive pathways!
