Alchemize Resistors with Vital and Astral Breathing

This is an invitation to alchemize resistors that have been inhibiting one’s path utilizing both vital and astral breathing. 

Utilize the process outlined below:

• Begin by vital breathing, starting with the hands

• Whole body pore breathe, tune the entire body into vital energy

• Bring to mind a goal, and continue to vital breathe

• Contemplate the resistance inhibiting achieving the goal

• Vital breathe into the feelings that arise connected to the resistors - condense the vital energy into it

• Turn palms upward, and begin astral breathing

• Inhale, and on the exhales allow the resistors to flow out of the bodies through the crown and into akasha to dissolve

• Fill the holes from releasing with success by:

  • Contemplate a time of success experienced 

  • Mentally transfer into that idea and frequency 

  • Astral breathe into it, and fill the spaces 

  • This changes the subconscious idea of success

• Journal any experiences had
